Jeevesh has led the business since inception and is responsible for managing the growth and providing strategic direction for GEMPL. Jeevesh has seven years of experience in the IT industry. Before starting GEMPL, Jeevesh worked with San Diego Super computer (IBM) and Polaris software labs. He has been a part of the leadership team with Lords Chloro Alkali, managing the operations of one of the plants in Alwar. He also serves as the Treasurer of the Electronic Recyclers. Association, a body that he jointly formed to encourage environmentally-sound regulation of electronic waste. Jeevesh received a joint Bachelor of Engineering degree in Software engineering from the University of California at San Diego and University of Sydney.
Rakeshwar Bhardwaj is the force behind GEMPL’s IT asset recovery and business development across the country. He spearheads company’s Sourcing division and ensures smooth transactions with clients. He’s been bringing value to the company through his introspective approach since 2011. He has nearly two decades of experience in sales and marketing with organization of repute including Airtel, Aircel and HDFC bank. He is a transformational and adaptive leader who believes in collective team effort rather than an individual performance. He did his Post Graduation Diploma in Sales & Marketing in 1998 from Bharti Vidya Bhawan, Mumbai. In his free time he likes to fulfill his creative appetite which includes caricature drawings.
Vice President- Remarketing
Sardar Ali is leading remarketing department of GEMPL since 2011. He comes from an IT and consumer electronic background with a rich corporate exposure of more than 14 years. With his astute knowledge of the industry, he has been instrumental in formulating various sales strategies for the growth of this organization. He has worked with leaders in leading consumer electronic Korean MNCs including Samsung Corporation and Kortek Electronics . Demonstrates excellent leadership qualities and has got tremendous proficiency in remarketing of IT products ranging from desktop, laptop, printer to networking equipment. His education testimonials include a Masters in Business Administration(MBA) from Punjab University, Chandigarh and Bachelor of Sciences in Mathematics from Meerut University.

Shubhra has been a part of the company since 2009. She is a proactive planner with expertise in cross-functional experience in marketing, business development and customer relationship management. She has strong business acumen with ability to plan & execute a wide range of strategies. She works closely with industrial federations to promote awareness about e-waste industry. She possesses a clear vision of success with aptitude to establish goals.Shubhra has benefitted from Bachelors in Biotechnology from University Of New South Wales, Sydney.
Head- Corporate Strategy and Risk Management
Uday Tuteja heads corporate strategy and risk management for Greenscape Eco Management. He has over 12 years of vast experience with major corporate houses including IBM and Singapore based eSys Information Technology. Uday is a keen strategist with proficiency in product management, business development, operations and marketing activities. An effective communicator with strong analytical abilities, flexible attitude and organizational skills, Uday makes sure the optimal utilization of resources with focus on increase in bottom line. A strategic thinker and rational decision maker, did his graduation in BTech from Kurukshetra University and MBA in the area of marketing.
